Interesting statistics, for those who are concerned they haven't fallen pg quickly:
15-25% chance of becoming pregnant in each ovulatory cycle: But you need to do everything right and you shouldn't have any medical issues and his sperm count should be fine.
40% of couples will conceive during the first three months
70% of couples will conceive during the first six months.
Up to 85% of couples will conceive within the first year of TTC.

It's so hard when people around you get pg so quick, but try not to let it get you down. 3 of my very close friends are all pg and due within weeks of each, we all started ttc at the same time and i'm the only one still trying. It upsets me at times but we have to remain positive.

I'm not sure I had a positive Opk either. Too difficult to understand. Do you temp? I've found it helpful to determine the OV did happen. If I'd relied on opk I'd have been a bit unsure.

pebble82 I will try to temp next cycle. Too late this cycle, and when I did do it, it was all over the place as I was doing some freelance work, and got little sleep.

Before TTC, I used to have LOADS of EWCM, had period/ovulation pain to the point of having to take tablets. It's just soooooooo typical that now that we're TTC, there is suddenly nothing going on with my body.

No EWCM. No pains - I think I am imagining various pains as it often turns out I'm just sitting wrong or have a bad tummy!

littlehelp I'm gonna test tomorrow, will be 13 days since opk test, 11?12? Days dpo, can't wait any longer!!! I've been very restrained!

pebble sorry u may have said but have you tried cbfm? With my irregular cycles and dh being away a lot I find it brilliant as tells me when I'm approaching ov, not just when it's here.

I'm desperate to poas! Doesn't help that i've peed so many times today obviously that in its self means im pg. Roll on friday!!

ginger, I don't use cbfm but I don't really have a problem knowing roughly when I ov. Monitor cm and temp so that confirms it. We do smep plan so don't miss it. That's why I'm getting annoyed with AF. Seemed such a sure thing last week. Ah well...staying positive.

Feeling for those of you in the 2ww just now, it sucks! Hopefully we'll see more good news in the form of bfps soon . A close friend has just text me her 12 week scan pic, she's due the day I would have been had first chem preg turned sticky in Dec. Although a tad sad, I'm actually really pleased to see it as it's nice to see the good news from her.

But I still want to stamp my feet and shout "I want one too!" .

Aw, my poor DH is feeling the pressure. We started DTD and he couldn't 'finish'.
