Hi Guys,

Husband and I have been TTC since November. I have PCOS and was on the pill to help regulate but since coming off I have had one time of the month just under two weeks late and the following more or less exactly when expected. This month nothing so far (am around 8 days late according to calender) and have been feeling slightly nauseous, seem to be weeing more, extremely tired (other day it felt like a wall had hit me) gassy (both ends - not pleasant!) and also when I do manage to go to the loo it is not as per usual slightly bleeding in gums and little shooting pains in the stomach region.

I have done two tests (both Boots own make) during the day and both have been negative - am I just being paranoid or is there a possibility I could be pregnant or is my body just playing tricks with me?

Any advice!

A GP blood test will confirm if your pregnant or not shop bought test's don't always detect it in some women

The combination of PCOS and two negative tests would indicate to me that you're not expecting. With PCOS as well it is likely that you are not ovulating regularly or even at all currently.

GP may well go by the results of the pg tests.

I would seek medical advice within the next 3 months or so particularly if your cycles start to lengthen.
