Hi, this is my story-came off the pill on 1st of November, no period until Thursday 30th January (very happy that it has arrived!), what I'd like is some information on how to be successful on the first cycle (wishful thinking!?), obviously I don't know my cycle length so do I just assume a 28 cycle and DTD every other day once in fertile window? Around 9th to the 15th of February? Please correct me if I have any false information as I am new to this!
Many thanks,
Xx

Hiya. I'd say dtd every 2-3 days throughout your cycle to start with because it's likely you could have another long cycle after coming off the pill because your body could be a bit all over the place and therefore if you stick to those set days you might miss ovulation! The other option is to use ovulation predictor kits because then you'll know you're doing it at the right time. But if you read like the nhs website that says they can cause extra stress and also I've read that they can be a bit inaccurate!

Good luck SmileSmile
