Internet Cheapie's.......dunk it in or leave until room temperature?

Hi ladies,

For anyone testing with 10mui IC's, do you dunk it asap or wait for your little pot to go to room temperature as per instructions?

& does it make any difference?

Just been reading reviews, its a mixed bag of great or false negatives?!

I never waited. Got evaps a few times but never a false bfp/bfn Can't see why it would make a difference. I think the company who makes them just wants to torture ttcers by making you wait even longer to test .

I just dunk it. I thought the leaving it to room temp instructions are for medical people dealing with refrigerated samples.

I dunk until the dye shows then leave for 5 mins
