Hi all,
Cd63. Fertility friend says I ovulated cd49. No period and lots of bfn with the most recent test being this morning. My boobs are sore. I have cramps like my period is coming. My bbt is all over the place since ovulation, up and down. I had a long cycle like this about 6 months ago. Cant remember how long because I wasn't charting then. But I visited gynae who did an ultrasound and she said she thought my period would come within 2 weeks snd it did.
Really dont know what to do for the best. I would dearly love to be pregnant but maybe my age is against me (44)?
Anyone else had this and turned out to be pregnant? Or is it stupid getging my hopes up?
Love to hear what you think.

How long ttc?
Have you had any investigations?

I got my BFP on CD82, so it's never too late! Good luck x

Wow metalhead! Did you know you hadn't ovulated until that late. I think my temps have confused fertility friend because If I had ovulated cd 49 I should have got my period by now? Even ff tells me to test yesterday.
I have a son who's nearly 3 and we haven't been using contraception since he came along. I do wonder if my age is a factor. I had 2 pregnancies before him, both ended in miscarriage, one was a late miscarriage at 16 weeks.
I had a blood test a couple of months ago and from this the gynae said menopause wasn't round the corner for me but I'm slso wondering now how quickky the start of menopause can come in.
Its a horrible waiting game

I conceived on cd56 and cd63. Both healthy babies. I have stupidly long cycles (I suspect only one ovary works) but doctor blames pcos. I became a dab hand at temping and charting my cervical mucis (boak, sorry) to determine ovulation as the day 14 rule just doesnt work for me.

Keep going, good luck. Smile

No AF and BFNs made it clear that I hadn't ovulated when I thought I did, so I started using opks again until eventually I got a positive.
