Conceiving after copper coil removal

Just wanted to know how quickly this can happen? Had sex a few days before removal, could I get pregnant from that?

I've just started trying for my second baby

My period is four days late. I did a test and a very, very faint line appeared, but then disappeared.

I'm going to try again at the end of the week.
