I'm about 11dpo today. I have a dd who is 18months old, who I bf until she was 14 months, (when I gave up as had threatened mc, which turned into mc in mid Sept).
Anyhow, turning into a loon during 2ww, trying to symptom spot, whilst in the bath, I squeezed my nips gently to see if I would lactate, and I did!
Now, I don't know whether it's cos I'm up duffer, or whether they may have been ready to lactate at any point since mc (had I bothered to try ( which I didn't!).
Any words of wisdom? I poas this morning dis am an impatient moo, but bfn.
Penny for your Thoughts?

Um, almost don't want to admit this but despite having giving up BF after 3 months, I could still squeeze milk out for years after (especially after bath/shower).
Annoying wait ahead for you! Good luck.

Thanks for the reality checks! I think I'm out for now but cheers anyway.

Stay positive. It could absolutely be your month, I just meant to say symptom spotting is very hard on our emotional wellbeing.
Good luck x

Milk production can be caused by an excess of prolactin hormone which can stop ovulation from happening.

It can be treated with tablets. Do visit your GP.

Just for ref, af arrived last night, so it's not my month. Will keep an eye on milk, and if it continues, see my GP. Thanks for your advice folks.
