I know its only just the start of August but my next AF is not due until 5th September ish.

Sorry to hear AF has arrived for others that have to join me but here's hoping for lots of BFP's this month.

staring at a bfn ,scouring it looking for the faintest of lines...now thats bad,and getting a bfn back out of the bin to see if it changed after....really sad, yet hands up,i confess been there done that!!!! pmsl

DreamingIguess · 30/08/2006 12:59

having had a false pos (or a chem preg) last month, on a first respons, that was difficult..

af then came early too, but slowly at first just to meddle

i'm lucky not to have had anything worse .. a miscarriage, or repeated m/c's (at whatever term). and i totally admire the way those who have had cope with it. i only hope i could be so strong. not sure i could

Angsthase · 30/08/2006 12:59

Exactly what I had this month, but wasn't really expecting BFP as DH left too early for best BD'ing time, but still when AF arrives.

Organic living - that sounds like a plan Dreaming. I think the first stage would be for me to totally giving up alc. My good intentions seem to have disappeared this month

Oh well - at least we can still try and BD lots more around the right time this month

DreamingIguess · 30/08/2006 13:01

dififcult isn't it. my dh refuses to take vitamins as they make him feel funny. he also won't do it in mornings before work (too tired), OR when he's just go in (need to relax). god knows how difficult it'll be it it turns out there is a prob on his side.. can you imagine, 'can you just take this cup and magazine sir.. bring it back when you're done.'

he won't be seen for dust

Babymad4num3 · 30/08/2006 13:02

Yep, trying to point the test in all different direction of light so to see if that so very faint line is there lol been there, and still looking at it hours later!

Babymad4num3 · 30/08/2006 13:08

I told my DH he wants another baby take THESE everyday OKAY, lol (over taking zinc)! Why is it the ladies have to do everything and ask a man to do ONE thing it's complain complain complain!

DreamingIguess · 30/08/2006 13:10

and i'd be worried if he knew all the details but having to explain it all when he could look at a book for 5 mins himself, same as i've done, is quite annoying.

humph

mummymelling · 30/08/2006 13:11

DH already thinks its his fault as i had kids wih exs,and cus he was Deafened at 6wks by overdose of neomycin, thinks it may have destroyed his fathering abilities

Angsthase · 30/08/2006 13:11

LOL MM - how sad are we? Not done it - but have been tempted. My way is not to put it in the bin until it's at least 3 hours old and theres really NO hope!!

Babymad4num3 · 30/08/2006 13:12

Another dark pos-ov-test!

DreamingIguess · 30/08/2006 13:14

i'll be really interested to hear what your gp says babymad, plus of course what the bloods say

the other thing that could make them be pos whole time is pregnancy

remind us.. sorry, you may have posted something about last af etc to show this couldnt be the case...
??

mummymelling · 30/08/2006 13:17

would a pg make an ov test show pos then???? seems easier than waiting for bfp !!!

Babymad4num3 · 30/08/2006 13:17

Temp was high this morning good sign i think!

DreamingIguess · 30/08/2006 13:19

they do but with provisos i think

have you seen www.peeonastick.com ??

Babymad4num3 · 30/08/2006 13:20

I've had strong ov-pos-test for 4-5months now last month someone said the pg thing then too, tuck a test i was so upset neg again and than AF!

DreamingIguess · 30/08/2006 13:21

me too, i got excited when i read it as was getting the pos ov sticks. to be honest i gave up on them after the 2nd month of using, i go by the ewcm instead now. and the gripey ov pains

mummymelling · 30/08/2006 13:21

fingers are sooo crossed for you hunny, wouldnt it be wonderful if all our dreams came true...holding out for a very positive sept for us all!!!!!! xxxxx

Babymad4num3 · 30/08/2006 13:30

DreamingIguess thanks for the website, again points back PCOS! I've been o-testing since last day of AF CD7 and had pos since (could of been getting them during AF just dont know wasn't testing at that time). Apart from CD10 CD11 which were neg, since than just dark or very dark pos-ov-tests, The sooner i get that test the better!

NattyandThomas · 30/08/2006 13:48

NattyandThomas · 30/08/2006 13:54

endlesslove · 30/08/2006 14:00

Hello all, well on CD1 today. AF in full flow for first day. Feeling a little better today in that I am focusing on a new month rather than beating myself up over not a bfp last in August. So heres to positives for us all in September.

Does feel like a lifetime away to find out this month though!

Lots of baby dust *

endlesslove · 30/08/2006 14:01

DreamingIGuess - did you notice whether you got the fertile CM and ov pains at the same time as the ovulation sticks predicted? Did you find the ov sticks were accurate?

mummymelling · 30/08/2006 14:10

just looked on PeeOnAStick.com...my god onformation overload, will stop me scrutinising tests tho lol heres to the wait n see xx

desperate2bmum · 30/08/2006 15:20

hiya girls

wow there are so many new people on here now!! BIG HELLOS TO YOU ALL!!
i last posted 2 weeks ago i think cos dp was worried i was getting too obssessed with the whole ttc thing....he is right!!
Well this month i havnt used ov sticks and we bd'd on the days we wanted to bd.
so anyway i am now cd25 and feeling starving all of the time, headaches, saw pimply boobies and cramps deep down in my tummy...then today when i got home and went for a week i have a pinkish discharge (sorry tmi) so i think a/f will probably be early this month. I cant possibly see these symptoms as a good sign as we bd'd pathetically this month.
i also had a break from mn as i have a nasty habit of sitting here with choccy bics and getting carried away so i thought a break may make me lose a few pounds.....more like gain 3!!! YES 3!!!
anyway i hope everyone is ok and doing well i havnt had chance to sit down and read all the posts as my head is banging.
xxx

Babymad4num3 · 30/08/2006 15:34
