mummymelling · 07/09/2006 08:46

BABYMAD,i had what i thought were 2 evap lines on those tests from ebay,if you have saved your em,msu get a clearblue digital, they are easy to use and no self analysing it tells you, i was so suprised at my bfp on there xxxxx

sideways · 07/09/2006 09:01

Sorry it's not at positive, babymad, but it sounds as if there is still a little bit of hope.

You realise I'm going to be checking on your progress from my holiday now

Babymad4num3 · 07/09/2006 09:04

Sideways Thanks and have a fab hoilday!

MrsMcJnr · 07/09/2006 09:58

Hello, hello! No internet access yesterday. Babymad, you're the only one who missed me! I feel much like you do at the moment, dreaming of being pg all the time and reading everything into the smallest thing, I look like a total hypochondriac on my ovusoft chart!

Congratulations to DD1!!! superb. Delighted for all 4 BFPs and wishing you all the happiest and safest of pregnancies!

Hello Angsthase, all crossed for you this month.

Hope you are ok Desperate, you sounded a bit low yesterday. Big hugs lady.

Hope all those going on holiday have a lovely time.

I am still really hopeful because I am CD27, 9dpo, temps are still fluttering about at the high side (pre ov I am generally @ 35.9, post ov generally @ 36.3 - 5). Seem to have a lot of creamy CF, isn't that odd for this stage in my cycle? Acid tummy is most predominant other symptom.

I do have a confession though - Coggy and Trace, I know what you'll say to me but I was alone at home when my ebay tests arrived and having resisted the urge since we began TTC, I could not resist anymore so I did a test - I know!! 3pm in the afternoon, 8dpo - what did I expect? BFN of course. So that niggly feeling that it should have been first urine made me test again this morning - 9dpo - BFN . I have it out of my system now and will not test again until 14dpo, promise!!

Angsthase · 07/09/2006 10:01

Baby, but as others have said, it's not over yet.

On my 2WW, but really don't think it is my month even though BD'd CD9, 11, 13, 15 and 16. Just don't feel optimistic this month.

Who else is left?

coggy · 07/09/2006 10:07

LOL MrsMc............I've done it many, MANY times!!!!!!

MrsMcJnr · 07/09/2006 10:15

Hey Angsthase, that's not like you, you never know, hang in there! I am here with you!

Babymad4num3 · 07/09/2006 10:34

MrsMcJnr I have everything crossed for you i really have, LOL at you testing what are we like lol! I've missed you!

Angsthase I know it's not over just yet but it's that limbo feeling i hate! Why don't you feel optimistic it sounds to me like you've got a good shot at it with all that BDing!! Chin up chick!

MrsMcJnr · 07/09/2006 10:47

Thanks Babymad! We'll hang in here together and try to be patient. It is very quiet today isn't it, has everyone left us? How's left now?

With your other pregnancies, did you get the same signs each time or were they different? was there anything that you look back on now and think that it was definatley a sign.

Maybe I am just reading too much into everything at the moment!!

Babymad4num3 · 07/09/2006 10:51

MummyM i've taken two PG test which have 2 evap-lines on, which makes three lines in all on the test is that what you got????

Babymad4num3 · 07/09/2006 10:56

MrsMcJnr I didn't know anythng about what to look out for back then, i did test two days early with ds#2 and got a big fat pos!! But with Dd#1 i was 17 so didn't have a clue what i was looking out for, i just thought one day i haven't had AF in a while, i remember telling DH (who was my best friend at the time) i know i'm PG, tuck a PG test big fat pos line, still got both test to this day!

ShowOfHands · 07/09/2006 11:05

Just dashing in to see how everybody is. Sorry to hear about the bfn BabyMad, but chin up and fat ladies and games not being over and all that.

I hope everybody is well and happy and doing something more exciting than me today. Thinking of you all and hoping for more positives in September.

Babymad4num3 · 07/09/2006 11:11

ShowOfHands Thanks for support means alot!! And how are you today!?

MrsMcJnr · 07/09/2006 11:17

Mummymelling - [bet you are still keeping up with us!] I just had a peek at your wedding photos, they are gorgeous, you look so radiant and happy! I bet you have that big smile on your face today too . If you fancy a peek at mine, have a look on www.weddingspain.com, Ian and Amanda.

MrsMcJnr · 07/09/2006 11:56

I was just reading that drinking green tea is good for good quality EWCM but not good in pregnancy. Anyone tried green tea and had any noticeable difference?

ShowOfHands · 07/09/2006 12:09

MrsMcJnr how stunning did you look on your wedding day?!?!? Your veil was beautiful (so was everything else, but particularly your veil). I liked your DH's get up too.

Mummymelling I can't get yours to display on work's computer, will try later but if you're as beautiful as ol' MrsM I will be putting a bag on my head tomorrow.

Might post a link to mine if I'm brave enough.

BabyMad I'm fine thanks for asking. I have all but convinced myself that something is going to go wrong. I have done 8 tests since Sunday, all bfps and obviously so but I feel incredibly crampy. As a first timer I don't know what is and isn't normal. It feels like af is due and has done all week but with no bleeding. And I don't have any of the sore boobs/fatigue stuff that seems so common. Still, I'm only 4 weeks pg so there's time, right? I'll stop rambling, I think I'm just petrified!

MrsMcJnr · 07/09/2006 12:23

SOH, aren't you sweet! Loved my veil too and plan to use it as a canopy for a cot one day...soon I hope

Try not to worry (must be easier said than done) don't let the worry take over from your excitement and take great care of yourself!

Angsthase · 07/09/2006 12:24

Show of Hands - poor you. Try not to worry too much. Cramping can be implantation cramps - feels a bit like period pains, but mine were more stabby.

Not showing you girls my wedding photos, Mrs MJ and Mummym looked so beautiful I'm just not going there!

desperate2bmum · 07/09/2006 12:45

hello all,

sorry to hear your bfn babymad...hold on in there and i hope nasty a/f stays away! of course you can carry on talking to me!

still feeling really crappy today just cant seem to snap out of it..instead i just snap at dp! i have said to him i am feeling low and suggested going back on the pill for a little break and he got quite narky and told me not to be so stupid and get a grip its only been 3 months.

got a friend coming round in a bit im doing her hair for her.

hope all you otehr girlies are ok...whos next to test?!

xx

MrsMcJnr · 07/09/2006 12:53

Angsthase (Scared Rabbit!) I am sure you were radiant and lovely on your wedding day, my dear.

Desperate - sorry to hear you still feel crappy (big hugs), hope it subsides soon. I am not really sure when AF is due. Judging by last cycle, I would say Sunday but my software is telling me Tuesday. Tuesday will be 14dpo so if AF does not turn up then, I'll do a test. So hoping. It's a lovely sunny day but I am freezing, maybe getting a cold.

DD1ofcolandgerry · 07/09/2006 13:20

Im very embarrassed as in my excitment of posting my BFP yesterday I forgot to congratulate the other 3 BFP's. Well done SOH, MummyM and Tili.

SOH, Im a first timer too, and like yourself having cramps, which seem to get worse at night. Im also completly knackered and have sore boobs. My sis is also pregnant (6 months) and she said the cramps went on for weeks, with the worst thing being not being able to take the usual painkillers to ease it. Im not even keen to take paracetamol, so am going to suffer on. I still think AF is just around the corner!!!

MrsMc, thanks for that, and I really hope you catch the bug....I was the same last month when I got the internet sticks in the post. Its so hard not to test when you have them in your posession.

Babydust to absolutely everyone on this thread, Ive everything crossed for you

dd1

xxxx

coggy · 07/09/2006 13:32
