Sorry to hear AF has arrived for others that have to join me but here's hoping for lots of BFP's this month.

Got to have my bloods done next week! CD21 ( CD14 today) due to TTC for the last 13mths, see what my body is up to!

I'm CD28 today. Not feeling pg though. Cycles normally between 28-34 days so not sure when to test.

Thought you'd like to know that I went to Boots to buy pg test just now, as still trying to think positive. If you buy a 2 pack of First Reponse at £10.49 you get a 1 pack for free. So you get three tests for £10.49. Didn't think that was to bad if you haven't the time to wait for them from ebay or if you are like me would rather buy them in the shop.

Please all keep everything crossed for me and I'm doing the same for you all.

Do you think I should test tonight?

How is everyone feeling? I havent had time to read through properly I always forget how fast these threads can move!
I have decided that if af hasnt arrived by next sunday (3/9/06) then I will do another test as that will be my 2 missed period iyswim so fingers crossed I oved at some point during these (cd54)days!!
It would be great to find out Im pg on the 3rd of sept as it is my 1st wedding anniversary so what a present that would be!
I found out I was pg with dd on my birthday, when people asked me what I got for my birthday I kept saying PREGNANT! it was great!!

Babymad - Hope you feel better soon. Take Dong Quai as a tincture as its quickest that way and Bioforce is a good brand. I used its sister Agnus Castus when ttc and it was fine. AgnusCastus not as powerful in my experience as DQ. Ask a herbalist just to make sure its ok for u at the mo. Big Hugs to you xxx

MrsMcJnr - I haven't used RJ for a while and brand I had not about anymore. The bees give royal jelly to make the Queen fertile so it must have that effect on whoever takes it. Check out Higher Nature.com they very top quality company as are Herbs Hands Healing. They should supply it and if not they may know who does.

manuka, Taking Dong Quai is better and the quickest to a hormones balance?

Aah Manuka, you're so positive! Thanks for the suggestion, but not really a beachy kinda gal. Much prefer being up a mountain with wind whipping my hair. Highlands of Scotland would do me fine I think!

I will have a serious think about the Dong Quai, but am very reluctant to take anything, herbal or otherwise. As a child I had a condition which required me to take very strong tablets for 6 months at a time and since then I have tried to avoid anything that didn't come from food or water. I am fit, healthy, tee-total and I don't smoke. In fact I am doubly frustrated by my inability to conceive because of how healthy I am. I take a lot of pride in my physical and emotional well-being, but it doesn't seem to be paying off.

Have a fab time at the beach and have a donkey ride for me.

Right, have bought 90 days of Royal Jelly off that site, so will let you know how / if it works.

Thanks for all the tips on the Royal Jelly and Dong Quai. I went to Holland & Barratt at lunchtime and read them all. I think I am probably taking enough at the mo with the EPO, grapefruit juice, Robissitin and pre-natal vits so I'll leave the other things in my armoury in case I need extra help.

Andi - Dupree should be leaving tomorrow. Though he has arranged for a crowd of my husband's relatives to come round to our house at 8am tomorrow! I told him polietly last night that I would not be up at that time. I get up at 6am every day, am out tonight and tomorrow night and need sleep, suspect I'm unpopular. I am hoping that all this stress might have made OV hold on until he leaves!

Babymad- traditionally DQ is for menopausal women and AC for menstruating women. I took DQ first at 16 to balance CRAZY hormones and it was such a relief! Tried AC when hormones went berzerk in my 20's and it took longer and felt weaker. ?aking DQ again now cos hormones were terrible and feel its working already. Liquid tincture form is best. Good luck!

SOH- Mountains in Scotland sounds bloody great too! Funny u should say that about health. When I was ttc my over tired, crying her head off daughter, a friend said " check out those girls on the seriously rough estate smoking, drinking and eating shite food. They've all got at least 4 kids!" and its right isn't it? They eat utter junk and none of them have any trouble spitting out kids like there's no tomorrow! So perhaps for dinner you should consider a Big Mac or a KFC zinger burger with extra fries and a chocolate milk shake?? !! You'll be popping them out in no time!

Mrsmcjnr forgot to say how fab your mum sounds!! Has she ever been right about the presents?!! My mums bonkers!

I keep forgetting to tell you all this amazing experience my sister had. Bearing in mind she is a very sensible peadiatrician with a reputation at stake! She was driving to work when this baby appeared in her car and said "You've got to tell my mum it was a mistake, I wasn't meant to die. Tell her I'll be back." My sister freaked out and got to work. then her friend's husband rang to tell her the twins had been born but one of them had died. My sister didn't know what to say. anyway its a few years later now and her friend has since had another baby.

Babymad - yes dong quai is fine with royal jelly as DQ is herb and RJ is food supplement. Not sure how much Bioforce tincture is and RJ prices vary but not cheap. I'm using DQ tablets as that was all there was in the shop and I was desperate for anything!!

My sister has the most experiences out of all of us and she HATES it! She's so SENSIBLE it really disturbs her!!! She was once sitting on a bench when this old lady with a very striking head scarfe sat next to her and they got chatting. And the lady showed her a photo of her daughters new baby.
My sister went to a friend's that night and mentioned how fab the lady's head scarfe was and her friend went white and said was it this? and showed her a photo of her DEAD mother and it was the woman!! My sister's friend had been ttc for YEARS she didn't have kids. A few months later she was pregnant!! My sister rang me up in tears after this experience cos she thought she was going insane!!!

Babymad - tablets took a just over a month. tincture usually works in a couple of weeks max

Endless thanks for the info re pg tests- that MAY be useful to me as am nearing tst time -aaarrrggghhh!! I'd test on cd 34 if I were you- can you stand it? My longest cycles are 28-32 -so will beholding out till 32-prob testing 10 times over that time though- who am I kidding?

Aprilmeadow- I am probably the only person who will say ' I am glad you're feeling sick!!' you know what i mean- it's a goooood sign- how're you now?

Hello Babymad how are you feeling now? hope u bit happier?? Dong quai should be in most healthfood shops I'd be surprised if it wasn't and try to get bioforce cos very good brand. If not Herbs Hands Healing should do it and I'm sure they have website.
Isn't it horrific how the desire to have a baby makes everything else in life irrelevent? I remember when I was ttc smelly poo daughter (she does some real stinkers!) how suddenly everything I was really into just became unimportant. So odd.
This website is amazing isn't it? It brings the best out of people, the desire to help others.
I'm going to bed now so that I'll be ready for the seaside! Will build you all a sandcastle!

I will be CD15 tomorrow I don't think I will get any BDing in tonight thow DH gone to his mum's arr bless! But I think 3 times in a row is great, and I have done BDing x5 this week so lots of swimmers I hope. Will try and BD in the morning but had no EWCM anyway so no sign that I have OV apart from them flipping ov-tests, always pos anyone else had that!? Reading TCOYF book which came this morning £14.87 from Amazon. 10 ov-test and x5 PG tests will be coming in the morning along with my royal jelly and I will be getting the other stuff from town tomorrow, look at me going on!
Hope no body else joins us over the weekend as we hope pos August are getting lots of pos!!
