Well done hest. Sounds horrific all in all, but you did it. Like others have said, the SA sounds ok to me. Ghj had 2% and was told he was at the cut off for icsi, which we would have had.

Bloody hell hest that sounds utterly terrifying from start to finish. I'm so sorry about your mum, especially the timing of it all. If you can't go NC, can you at least block incoming calls/emails from her, so that all communication is on your terms, when you are ready for it, or do you need for her to be able to contact you in case there is a problem with your dad? 6 eggs is great though, and SAs vary so much. Different places use different criteria, we were told initially motility needed to be around the 50% mark, then we were told 5% was the benchmark. ICSI is fine. It's like the arranged marriage of the AC world, versus speed dating in a petri. I hope you've got nothing more arduous planned than changing the tv channel until at least after et.

Bugs my understanding is that your womble is doing the normal thing in keeping the embies warm but not baking them (ie don't go putting a hot water bottle in your tum). I was told 'you don't make a baby in a fridge' and that your bod being warm is normal although potentially uncomfortable (I got oven like in my ivfs - first one this time last year was perfect as it was bloody freezing outside but the second was in the heat wave in the summer so fairly hideous!!). Time to start nestling bugembies Smile

Some news: it's semi-good. Three eggs spontaneously combusted (or something) on injection, one developed abnormally, but two are developing normally. They're going in tomorrow at midday.
