negative tests is it in my head ??

Ok so since last week ive been feeling nausea dizzy emotional having minor flutters in my stomach n general pregnancy symptoms so I did two tests both negative thn had one at the docs still negative im on the pill n had my period as normal 2 weeks ago however I missd two pills last week had intercorse and since then I have been feeling pregnant. Me and my partner are not trying for a child we have 4 year old twins. Ive felt realy strange this week though and just wondred if anyonelse had felt symptoms so soon also last night I was woken by realy bad cramps in my lower stomach could this be fertalisation cramps as it will be 7 days since possible conception !?!? Im sooo confused someone help xx

Hi Kat. From your post I think it's a little too early for a pregnancy test to show an accurate result. Equally it seems bit early for symptoms to start so strongly. But everyone does have very different symptoms. Are you feeling similar to your last pregnancy?
A flippy tummy can also be a symptom of anxiety and you do sound very worried.
Try and wait it out a few days then test again. There's always lovely people on these boards to hold your have if you need support.

Flutters wouldn't start until about 20 weeks...

The cramps would be around the right time for implantation cramps though.

Wait 4 or 5 days and then test.

Thanks for the msgs guys I had no pregnancy symptoms with the twins throughout my pregnancy strange I know this is why im looking for advise even though my tests have been negative for some reason my head is not registering it and I cannot understand why I wasnt planning on having any more children and just keep getting signals that im pregnant its so hard to explain. But thanks again definatly think I am I cant stomach my friday night wine :-/ xx
