Hi i think i might just be being silly but i had a misscarage in may and im sared it going to happen again i have pains in my groins both sides and i feel like there is a presher in my lower part of my tummy i am only 4 days late andim just wondering what every one thinks is this normal

I had a mmc in sept last year, it is scary but I want a baby so I just get through it! Really looking forward to seeing my scan!

Hi amyg26, sorry to hear about your loss in May. I completely understand your worries about another mc. But remember most pregnancies to result in happy healthy babies.
Have you do e a test to confirm your pregnancy? If not your period may just be a little late and the pains may be period cramps.
If you are pregnant there'll be a lot of things happening in your abdomin like tendons stretching etc so that could explain the pain too.
It's safe to take paracetamol in pregnancy if you're sore, or get a hot water bottle to soothe the soreness.
Try not to worry though. And do keep posting here with any concerns as there'll always be people to hold your hand if needed.
