Anyone hanging around with a bfn and no af?

Waiting around 3 days late bfn and awaiting the af so I can get right back on with ttc! I have a monitor to try out and can't start til it comes!! Anyone else waiting the inevitable?

dream are you 4 weeks late and still getting bfn? You must be nearly mad! I'm 10/11 days late now and the lack of AF/BFP is driving me mental. I keep talking to random women (checkout cashiers, mums at nursery who I don't know well...) about their experiences!

gennz I have the tests but I'm going to resist and wait until fmu on sat morning. We can do this!!!

Got speaking to a nursery mum today. She has 6 children and expecting her 7th. The last pregnancy didn't show until she was 4 MONTHS gone and this, her 7th one, at 5 MONTHS. She only found out before Christmas. She was getting bfn using hpt and with handing samples into her GP. Oh, and she had a nothingy period much like mine...

So weird things definitely happen with women's bodies. All I have concluded after 10 days of frantic googling and talking to others is that all women are different and all pregnancies (even those had by the same mother) are different.

We know nothing and hpt are not as conclusive as you'd like to think. Despite this I may look into buying shares in clearblue or first response because it's a sure money maker!

well Groove I think I am out! Just had spotting this morning and having some AF-like cramps right now so I think she's on the way. So weird! Never been a week late before. Any news from you?

No AF thus far. Not feeling pregnant though apart from tight clothing and a definite larger stomach. But I fear it has been me eating all the pies! I am still hyper emotional though. Cried twice today for silly things. My vowels are still doing odder than normal things too. They say it ain't over til the fat lady (or AF) sings though, right? Who knows? Stupid bodies and stupid hormones! Enjoy big fat glass of vino. I will keep you posted as to my hormonal woes xxx

dream are you a month or so late then? I am now 2 weeks late. Doc on Tuesday but have a feeling all he will say is wait and see if your next period shows or not. Not testing until tomorrow or Sunday as I am fed up with the BFNs. I am now more or less convinced I am not pregnant (despite the ongoing dodgy bowel thing and crying) because don't think I am lucky enough to be a woman who is pregnant but doesn't show up for ages. I am more worried about my body. What if it's something horrendous like early menopause!??!?!?!? (I'm 35)

Yep AF has well and truly arrived! Had a bottle of rose last night to celebrate/drown my sorrows.

So funny about vowels. My vowels do funny thinkgs too but that's because I'm a New Zealander!

I'll join the club if that's ok. Normally 28 day cycle that you could set your watch by, last two cycles shorter at 27 & 25 (I think) days so am sitting somewhere around day 34 with no AF, BFN yesterday morning, peeing for Britain, crampy and teary...I'm sure I'll end up disappointed though.

My vowels can be odd too Gennz - I'm Scottish. Och aye the noo and all that jazz!!!
Still no AF here. I have delayed testing until tomorrow morning. Will test tomorrow and Tuesday (the day of my GP appointment.) I still don't feel pregnant. A lot of my symptoms have dissipated. The only ones left are the BBBBBBBBowels(!), feeling emotional, sore lower back and a heavy tummy (but again, that could be the chinese takeaway I scoffed last night for dinner!)
I am now thinking it's been some sort of weird blip in my ovulation...
In another note, DH and I have been at it these last few days as going by my dates, if I am not pregnant, I should be ovulating about now. I am not going to go down the road of temperatures and charting yet as it's only month 2. We shall see. Maybe I get to go through all of this turmoil next month again. Yay!
Ooooh that all sounds positive. Has AF reared her ugly head yet? I hope not. Have you tested again? They say if you test negative you should wait a week before testing again (Like that's ever going to happen!)
I have spent a small fortune on poas these last few weeks. I feel like an addict and am actively hiding the evidence of them from DH. I have managed quite a few days this time though.

Groovester we could be twins! Still no AF, lots of pregnancy symptoms and found I had actually written down CD1 for last month and it means I am now 7 days late but used one of my cheapie tests earlier and BFN. i have a clearblue which I will use in the morning and although I'm not 100% certain either way I'm coming round to thinking this is a weird blip and my cycle has gone ultra wonky :-(

We can both update in the morning with news or non news. Clearblue digital one for me! X

Sorry to crash (although I am only just late/bfn/no af) but I too have been suffering with the nasty bowels like you groovster, only explanations I've had are conception vitamins or hormones....in 12 days I've only had 4 days trouble free, all kicked off since ov.

Well Clearblue digital say BFN. Although I had kind of resigned myself to it I'm feeling very sad this morning not entirely sure whether I should go and see the doc or not as they will more than likely put it down to my age

Was due again fri 31st jan but now I'm 3 days past that and still getting negative test , weird body lol

Hi all, af due today, nothing yet.... 2 bfn so far but past few days coffee and meat is making me nauseous, a little backache but not constant and felt constant tummy flutters at 7dpo but that's all......... Could there be hope or am I reaching??

Okay so sorry to crash, took a test this morning, 1 day late and very faint line appeared under test line. dH can see it too but said not to assume..... Any chance, would it be darker line by now if positive?

I am trying not to get carried away and a little worried as have had a few cramps today but read that a/f symptoms can be normal?.... I will go out at lunch to get proper digital test as have only used internet cheapy this morning. Its only our second month ttc so still very early for us. This wait is torture.

Sorry I've not been on. Yesterday was a manic day and today I've been at work. I tested with Clearblue yesterday morning and I got a BFN (just like you Shiny) I tested again this morning and got another BFN. And I will test tomorrow again before seeing my GP at 5 o'clock. Still no AF. Still have dodgy bowel rumblings. It's a nightmare although to be honest, I am a bit calmer about things now. If I have my dates right then next AF should be due Valentine's weekend (oh the Romance...) I don't think the doctor will do much until we wait and see what happens next month.

Terrible lower back pain today so I am away to bed with a hot water bottle. Feeling tired and a wee bit sorry for myself.

I'm on day 42, no AF, have various symptoms, very tired, bit nauseous... I have been having cycles of about 30/31 days since coming off the pill, tested when I should have been due for AF and got bfn. I tested again earlier this week and bfn. It is driving me crazy. I just want a bfp or if it's not coming then just to get my period and get on with next cycle. I don't know what's wrong with me!
