hiya girls so have a 4 month old and im thinking about ttc #3 i no its soon im not meaning rigt now but in a few months i like my babies close togther (my oldest is 18months) i was just wondering with my first pregnancy my bump was comfortable not to big not to small just right infact.. with my second it was huge and extremely uncomfortable! i fell pregnant 3and half month after my first.. so im wondering if i spend time tightening my stomach muscles again Theyre Ruined would my bump not be as uncomfortable?

I had 3 close together & each time my bump was exactly the same size when I gave birth (55"!). It was a slightly different place though for my third. I did lots of running & weights in between DC1 & DC2 then didn't have much time between dc2 & dc3 (only had one period after stopping nursing) but I ended up the same. Don't know if that information helps or not. Oh & I was 30 yrs old with the first, 31 with the second & 33 with the third if that is also useful. I bf for 6 months with each of the first two.

I was led to believe tummy muscles separate (hence why you shouldn't exercise until they have knitted back together) so tightening won't help????
But I'm only going via my friends personal trainer and a Pilates teacher

My ob/gyn did say not to have more than 4 close together as it would be hard on your body's calcium levels etc. Make sure you keep taking pregnancy vitamins all the time if you go for number 3 straight away. Good luck.

If you get rid if the excess weight and the fat and keep your weight gain down you should be fine. I was told there was no need to gain more than 10kgs .... Won't even tell you what I went up to the first time
