AF 3 days late Negative test

Feeling a tad down tonight, i really thought i was pregnant after MC in November.....
Tested tonight as AF 3 days late on a normal 28 day cycle i know it can be a longer cycle, but something in my gut told me to take one.. No symptoms but i just wanted it to be positive... Has anyone else had this?

Stress can delay ovulation and make you late. Its easier said than done to relax though I know.

So cycle is now 4 days late.... bfn again this morning, if no af after sunday will contact my doctor!

My 1st cycle after MC was normal but all over the place now and really late, so bit worried and really want good news!!!! :)
