No contraception is 100% reliable however if you have done a pregnancy test and it has come back negative, the chances of you being pregnant are slim.

You mentioned that you are young - how young are you? It is completely normal for our bodies to change shape as we get older. It can be a mixture of hormones having an influence or a change in diet or many other things. If you are concerned I would recommend going and speaking to your GP. They will be able to put your mind at ease and do some extra tests if necessary. They will also be able to give you extra advice about your contraception or other methods available if you feel that may not be working for you.

In the meantime, please try not to worry too much. Try only eating at meal times and making sure you go to bed before midnight and get up at a reasonable hour. Getting a decent nights sleep will make you feel better. If you are worried about falling pregnant - try using condoms as well as they will give you that extra bit of protection. I wish you all the best.
