I've been reading royal jelly is good for TTC. I wondered if anyone has used it and where they got it from? And if they got a bfp whilst taking it.

As a beekeeper I would happily recommend royal jelly.

Do you use it yourself?

Not royal jelly, as I tend to just use the honey I get. I did when ttc dd. I was told by a fertility Dr that I was unable to conceive. Started taking RJ and generally tried to be healthier. Became pregnant within a few months!
good luck x

I used royal jelly capsules from holland and barret for 6 months and didn't notice any difference tbh. I wa hoping it would supe up ovulation and improve ewcm but as I say no noticeable affects. I did feel healthier on it though and had read excellent reviews. It certainly can't hurt to take it.

Good luck Smile
