Hi this is my first month tracking temps, still quite unsure of it all. Today is day 19 and for the past 3 days my bbt has been 97.58. Any one any idea what this mean? Have I ovulated? I typically have a 35ish day cycle, and fertility app says I should have ovulated 2 days ago. Any advice appreciated.
