Hi I'm new to this but just looking for advice really.

I came off pill in Sept as husband and I ttc. Had 28day cycle, then 31 day, now I'm on day 39. I have had few BFN, using first response as well as other makes but still the same result. I had severe cramps on 7th Jan, with tender breast for last 3 weeks. Also starting to feel nauseous at nights, with very watery CM (TMI).

Recently been to docs and have now been diagnosed with thursh.

Why am I getting these symptoms but yet BFN (sad) Anyone else been through this or is it just body getting used to no pill. Please advise if possible.

I have irregular cycles from pcos so I get a late af with bfns all the time :(

From stuff I've read some people get late bfps though. Are you usually regular? Have you consider going to the gp and asking for bloods? Bloods can pick it up earlier since the hcg hormone shows up in blood before it gets to your pee xx

Not to give you false hope but some peopke get thrush early in pregnancy. Xx

Going through this now!! Came off pill in August, had two 28 day cycles, then a 36 and this current one I'm on is cd38! Had cramps earlier in the month for a few consecutive days. Tested about 6 times from about cd17! All negative. I need to accept that periods are the devil and I'm not pregnant! Some people on here end up with cycles of 50+ and still get bfns :(

stars from being about 17.. I've always wondered if I could have pros, read about it once and it sounded very much like my cycles at the time. They were never really regular before I started the pill but never this long.. Maybe 28-32 days.

*pcos even!

I got diagnosed after I didn't have a period for a year and was having pains. They sent me for a scan and got diagnosed. So glad I did because now I can get help hopefully. Pcos has all kinds of weird and not so wonderful symptoms. Its apparently the leading cause of infertility but thankfully there's stuff they and you cando to help. Its linked with weight and insulin resistance so shifting a few pounds and keeping off the sugar got me my periods a little more regular. Might be worth mentioning to the doctor? Xx

I was regular before pill, but been on pill for ~10 years, I know it takes a while for body settling, just getting hopeful. Haven't been to gp yet, was going to leave it another week to see if body settles and AF comes.

I also read about thrush in early pregnancy but I'm trying not to get hopes though.

The thrush was diagnosed with smear, I haven't got any other normal thrush symptoms
Just wish body would tell me either way so we can start ttc again.

Thanks for all the advice x
