Hi, I think my story is a little complicated, but here goes.....
I had my dg in April 2012 (she's 2 this April) and despite breast feeding her for 5 months, I had regular periods since 4 weeks after delivery. Me and my OH knew we wanted to conceive again very quickly so we haven't used any contraception since we had our DG. I've had regular periods ever since but still not pregnant. I also have a gorgeous 13 year old son, so until now have never had any problems conceiving.
The thing is, I have got Crohn's disease which has deteriorated since having my DD. I know that Crohn's doesn't directly affect fertility and I was pretty poorly when I conceived DD so I just don't understand why I would have problems now. When I have monitored my cycle and used OPK's, it seems I ovulate much earlier than expected around day 11/12 of my cycle. I have taken prednisone off and on for about 3 yrs but aren't aware of this affecting fertility either. I'm stumped :/ Anyone ever had similar experiences? I'm losing hope now :(
