Hi girls. I thought I would share my experience with vitamin b complex, vitamin b6 and vitamin c. Thanks to charting with ff I discovered I had a luteal phase of 11 -12 days. I also spotted at least 3 days re af. I ovulated around day 20. of 31 day cycle. I also suspected I suffered from low progesterone. About 6 weeks ago I started vitamin b complex(Holland and barret). 3 weeks ago I started vitamin b6(Holland and barret) and vitamin c.
This cycle I ovulated on cd17 and my cycle was 31 days as usual. Also I got my progesterone tested and it was almost 37. When I was pregnant in September (mmc) my progesterone was 36.
I took 400mg of vitamin c for the progesterone. Some study showed it helped increase progesterone. they took 750mg but I also noted that too much vitamin c is not good if you are pregnant and I reckoned as i eat fruit I had extra anyway. I will see will it stay the same for next cycle.
