Hi Im not TTC but Im taking both Star Flower oil (strong EPO) and Angus Cactus for PMT.

Together they work very well. I was suffering with PMDD and now I just get regular PMT which is a doddle compared to what I was getting.

However, Ive noticed that my cycle is now very very short.

Im pretty sure its as short as 20-22 days. But also, my actual AF seems longer. (Im not on any contraception, so no extra hormones).

Is this a side affect of one of the things Im taking? Ive heard they can both be used when TTC so I figured someone in here might know.

Agnus Castus has been known to shorten cycles by shortening the Luteal Phase.

Ah! Its the angus cactus! Great thank you. I have no idea what the luteal phase is, but shorter cycle I understand.
