Ovulation has my head spinning !

Advice welcome ladies

On one site it says I should have my most fertile day today and we have been DTD all last week, today was our last day to make a baby according to that one.

This site says my most fertile days are from today on wards into next week... what ? Why so different ???

I have been reading up about the signs of ovulation and (sorry if tmi) I have had them all already..

over emotional, 3 days ago
sightly warmer the usual, so yeah temp rise check 2 days ago
Horny, ALL last week ! (which has tailed off today)
CM was watery yesterday and then today its a lot thicker and completely different

I'm unsure if I have already ovulated as two different charts show different dates I should be AND according to what my body is telling me it's happened already.
My head is going to pop with all the baby making data whizzing around in it.

Okay,the first day that ewcm appears means ovulation is on its way - usually,ovulation happens on the last day of ewcm or the day after that.

Ovulation happens around 14 days before af appears but this varies a lot so it may be worth using opks to check.

Finally,you can conceive after ovulating because sperm can live in a woman's body for up to five days.

my last day of ewcm was yesterday, today totally different.. never noticed it until now how it changes (thicker now) I guess I've never been in tune with my body until now we are TTC.
my AF started 25th dec and is a 28 cycle so guess its spot on that today is day 14

Get the feeling its happened already as surly the sperm can't swim through cm when it's like it is now

pps does your body change if the egg has been fertilized like instantly ?
Sort of a shut down mode to protect it
