Hi LH1981 ( BTW also my year of birth!) I decided to start using OPKs this month as I heard lots of anecdotes from people in RL who had used them and been successful quickly, even after months of BFN before trying. Can't recommend them myself yet until a full month has passed, but they are giving me a focus (and practise for poas for BFPs)

LH crotch watch is taking over my life....been to the loo about ten times tonight!!! not to pee....just to check!!! :/ no spotting tonight!! hmmmm.....stupid body playing tricks on me again! :/

I have however ate my own body weight in chocolate and feel rather sick now :( I'm not really a choc fan but sometimes get choc cravings right before af.....so it's coming....witch!!!

Thing is, I obsess anyway, at least this way I'm obsessing about something I can focus on, not just making crap up. So glad I can come on here and not feel like a lonely crazy lady. I have a friend who is pg and she knows nothing she is evidently a lot more sane than me.

Just fished the last two days OPKs out of the bin to compare and the line is definitely getting darker! So my twice daily peeing has paid off . It's still not darker than the control, but as we're in the right time of the month, I shall keep on pestering seducing DH!

Risotto sounds lovely onelife!

I just dipped my opk in my piac from before the cinema (didnt have time before we went out) and its almost positive. Reckon it will be as dark as control tomorrow, which means I'm gonna bloody ovulate when I'm away with work on Thursday aren't I? So annoying.

Oh well, we've dtd today, will have to do it again tomorrow and then as soon as I'm home friday night and hope for the best I think.

I did risotto tonight too! Found a Parsnip and some sort of fish risotto on A Girl Called Jack. Switched the fish to bacon so DH would eat if and it turns out he doesn't like parsnip! Except he does, but only in small amounts with a roast
