Ladies asking about SMEP, I did it last month... To the letter pretty much (added in one extra DTD because DH is a horny bugger) and got a bfp, sadly didn't stick so i'm doing it again now. On cd8 (started eod on cd6)

Do check out reflexology and acupuncture too....I chose reflexology because I'm not wild on needles although I do know you can't feel them and they are different but still it was my choice. Onelife my cbfm does pick up the highs and the peak every month but I too appear to be pretty regular although this month I go a peak on CD 12 instead of my normal day 16 which surprised me a bit! But I like the sound of your nan!

Last night i had the most vivd dream that i was pregnant and quite far along. So disappointing waking up knowing that I'm not! Stupid brain playing cruel tricks!

I'm 16 dpo, I think anyway, as I don't use opks. Wanted to test yesterday but dh said no. Very faint possible line on 14dpo. All these are sensitivity of 20 though.
Am very very excited, but it's early days I know. No real symptoms atm but have had a couple of episodes of lightheadedness and nausea in the last week.

Can I ask you guys how many of you have used SMEP and how many have succeeded?! Had a look and am considering it but it looks exhausting with 2 dc and the level of tired am feeling . Literally don't know if we could manage to stick to it every month .

I think even DH would find it too much . He's always busy and tired too

Damn my problem used to be the misscarriages not conceiving but now I can't even get that far and if I ever will I'm still convinced I'll just loose it
