I'm on cd17 of first cycle since coming off microgynon, was on it for 2yrs, depo 3yrs before that and pregnant before that, so its been an age since i had a proper period come of its own accord.

I have had sharp cramping for past few days and today my boobs are tingly and painful does this happen at ovulation usually? Had pink tinge when i wiped yesterday as well oh and spots have appeared on my chest

I think everyone has different ov symptoms but I get cramps and sore boobs around ov time.
