Once in a blue moon?

I'm a newbie on the conception threads - hoping for some feedback!

I am already lucky enough to have two great LO's. Not really planning a 3rd at the moment but....DH and I enjoyed a rather rare (but enjoyable )night of passion last weekend. My cycles are rather unpredictable but it's likely that the deed was 2 days before ov.

In the past, we would frantically bd around ov to concieve....so I wondered really whether anyone has concieved from just one "attempt" in a cycle?

PS Although not planned another LO would be a very welcome addition although I may need to talk DH round to the idea (bit late though )

Hi. It hasn't happened to me but it did happen to my sister. She had sex once in 9 months since she'd had her first baby and hey presto she was preggers again!!

reliantrobin I was lucky enough to fall for both of my children in this way, the first time I thought we'd left it too late and the second time I just didn't realise as like you my cycles are always all over the place.

Needless to say I was thrilled with both of mine and I hope you get the answer you most want next time your period is due. Your dh will be thrilled at his prowess I'm sure, all men are pleased when they score a hatrick aren't they.

I did about 6 years ago. 1 great night was all it took. Now that I am an old girl , it has taken a little more effort though.
