When to retest?

Hi All
I have been ttc for about 5 months now.
AF due yesterday (I think, cycle hasnt really settled down since coming off the pill, but assuming average then yesterday).
Had cramps and sore boobs all day today, so did the POAS thing.
Thought I saw a very faint line, but not sure if I was imagining it. When would be the best time to POAS again? Tomorrow morning? Does the time of day make a difference?
I'm trying to stop myself getting too excited in case its not true!

Back to waiting patiently it is. Or at least stocking up on more tests haha.

Confuzzed I think majority of people get a postive by time af is due. Most people who get negative then positive is because they ov later therefore af wasn't due yet! But a light positive is still a positive I would poas with fmu! Good luck!!

I tested every day apart from Christmas day last week then got a clear BFP on Boxing Day on Boxing First Response Early Result test and a cheap Tesco one today. HCG doubles every day in early pregnancy so if you got a faint line today you should get a clearer one tomorrow. I am unable to be patient but it would be a lot less stressful if I was.

Thanks guys. I talked myself out of POAS this morning, but will do it tomorrow. I only have cheap Boots own ones, so if the line is faint tomorrow I might pop out and try one of the First Response ones, I have seen these recommended a lot on here.

Yes pee in a pot and save the fmu of you do decide to get a first response :)

Just to report back, I got a BFP this evening. Going to be soooo hard not telling anyone
