To adjust BBT or not on FF?

In the past two days I woke up 1 to 2 hours earlier than normal. FF says we should not adjust, but I know some do adjust. I wonder how many actually do adjust anyway compared to those who don't?
Yesterday at 6 DPO, my non adjusted temp is 36.54°C (down from 36.99°C at 5 DPO), but adjusted would be 36.65°C. This morning I woke up two hours earlier at 36.65°C, but adjusted would be 36.84°C.

I think the advice on FF is not to adjust. Provided you have had at least 3 hrs sleep straight. It might plot those temps that are at an unusual time as empty circles, you can always discard them too, but I wouldn't adjust.
