Am looking to start ttc#3 in the new year. For various reasons we don't wait to wait too long.
Am still BF #2 (10m). Since he was 6m old I've had very very regular 'cycles': ovulation pain/cramps, then a tiny tiny amount of spotting exactly two weeks later for a day. I mean tiny: you'd hardly notice it if you weren't obsessively knicker checking looking.
At 9m old I reduced his feeds (from 6/7 a day to 3/4 a day) in the hope of improving things. I got much worse ovulation pains and more cm, but my 'period' arrived yesterday (again, two weeks later to the day) and it was still very very light. .
So I'm thinking that I'm ovulating but not developing a decent lining, so little to no chance of pregnancy.
I started up agnus castus (vitex) last month, which I appreciate takes a little while to work.
Is there anything else I can do??
I'd love to be able to continue to BF and get pregnant, but it's starting to look like that won't be possible, and that I'll have to stop BF in order to ttc. (I'd already stopped BF #1 when ttc #2, although it took stopping entirely for my cycles to resume...).
I can't find anything on Kellymom. Temping is out of the question: I rarely get three straight hours..
Thanks
