Lump in throat

This is my first month ttc and I feel like a mad woman! I'm doing my best not to symptom spot but today I felt a bit yucky in the morning and when I swallowed I had a lump in my throat like if swallowed a pill that was lodged there- the feeling of it in my throat made me gag a little bit. After I are some toast it seemed to subside - I googled this like the crazy woman that I am and it sounds like acid reflux ( never had it) which is common in early pregnancy- I was just wondering if anyone else has experience this? I've also been constipated past few days but diarrhoea today ( I ovulated 20 days ago ) - thanks and good luck to all x

If you ovulated 20 days ago then surely you would have been due a period by now - do you mean you are you late? Most women will get positive pregnancy tests results at 14 days after ovulation but for some it can take longer!!

Oh no- I meant 10 days ago lol- fat fingers!! Pretty sure it's too early to have symptoms but I can't help but hope! X

I'm so tempted- would be a dream! Too scared though- want to wait for as long as possible to avoid a disappointing result- planning to test New Year's Day- period due on the 30th- hoping I wake up feeling yucky again!!! X
