Bloody nose and bleeding gums?

Who else has had this as a very early pregnancy sign? I had this with my eldest (who is 10 now) and have had it today and yesterday. Any of you had the same?

My gums bled when I was pg with ds, but not until 8 weeks or so.

I had nosebleed at about 8 weeks

Nose bleed woke me up the day my period was due. Still enjoying the random nose bleeds these days...38 weeks pregnant currently. Good luck OP.
