Inaccurate pregnancy test?

Is a blood test possible to be inaccurate?
Two weeks after sex I had a blood test that came out negative.
I was experiencing on and off nausea, all over body pain, especially in my hips and boobs, extreme fatigue.
Is it possible that the test was wrong?
I'm now a week from getting AF so could it have been too early to have had an accurate test?

A blood test can't be wrong, but it could have been too early.

Agree, it was right at the time but you could still be pregnant but tbh if you're still a week away from af it's unlikely you'd be feeling so many symptoms so early. Fingers crossed for the result you want
