I O'd pretty hard the last cycle and had such huge swollen painful boobs straight through my tww that they never went away with AF. Last night I decided to feel around, as the pain reminded me of when I attempted breast feeding years ago and noticed that on either side of my boobs just slightly past the nipples I indeed have swollen ducts. I found a website that says heat should help with this issue so I'm going to try that in a bit and if it does not go away in a few days I will be calling my GP.
