Cramps but no AF!

I'm not exactly sure how late AF is because I'm not certain when I ovulated. Last AF was on 13th November. However since Friday I have had horrible AF cramps that come and go. Sunday DH and I DTD and there was some blood after when I went to the toilet. I thought AF was on her way, but have had nothing since.

Cramps still here today, but have calmed down tonight and I feel fine. We DTD again earlier and it was fairly vigorous. I was sure that would bring on AF but nothing.
My breasts are slightly sore but nothing more than usual.
I have convinced myself my body is just playing games. I cant POAS and see another BFN :(
I'm not sure why I'm posting. Its really doing my head in!

I had period type cramps in early pregnancy each time. . . U just can't know till u poas. Good luck !

I just know AF is going to show. I've been feeling on the verge of it for days now. And knowing my body it will be tricking me. 5 days of this now. Still cramping. Why does my body do this!
This is all I have thought about!

Hi :) Just to let you know that with my first baby I had proper AF cramps (so I thought) and I was adamant that I was gonna 'come on'. I never did!! He is now a healthy 10 year old!! I am sure I had the same thing with my other two children too. Your body will be cramping either way so stay positive and GOOD LUCK! x

Thank you Nich! I'm still cramping and have been running to the toilet all day expecting AF, but she is still a no show. I'm going to put off testing for as long as I can. I know as soon as I POAS AF will show. Its a sure way to make mine start.

Hi OP. As others have said, I had terrible cramps one month when trying to conceive. I was convinced that month was a write off as well. I was PG with DS1 Smile

Still no AF this morning. Cramps not to bad at the moment. If no AF by weekend I will POAS. Just scared of the outcome! Would be a lovely Christmas present if I was! Breasts still a little sore but no other symptoms at all, which is another reason I'm not convinced.

Spoke to soon! Brown discharge now which means AF on her way! Why would I have cramps for nearly a week before? What a tease!

I am in the same boat as you although 11 days post ov.
Started getting really bad back ache last night that eased off through the night and was mild ache this morning. Now back ache really bad again and pain like AF is coming in lower tummy. My cycle is usually 30-31 days so a little early for AF. Have been charting this month (first time charting) and all looking good I think.
Did a test at 9&10 days post ov and BFN. Am really hoping implantation is happening. Its my Birthday tomorrow and to get a BFP would be the best present ever.

I really hope its good news and you get that BFP. I'm on Cd36 now. Cramps are really strong tonight. DH has just gone to the shop now to get a test!
I'm really scared. I just know it will be a BFN :( I will update though and good luck to you!

Negative :( Feel like I've been kicked in the stomach:(
I really don't know what's up. A whole week of cramps and no period.

Lol I cant wait if I have a test in the house. Your willpower must be better than mine!

Oh no, that so rubbish at the moment anyway. It could be that you ovulated late and that your period is not as late as you think. I wouldn't give up hope just yet. Give it a few more days and test again. As they say it's not out of the question until af arrives. Xxx

Thank you Mandy. I hope so. Its not over until she shows. I'm not certain when I ovulated this month so hopefully that's the case. I have had up to 40 day cycles so maybe its going to be a long one!

This morning I have no cramps at all. Still no AF. I'm debating whether to try and get a GP appointment or am I just panicking over nothing? Its the being stuck in limbo I hate. Did you test this morning? And a very big happy birthday to you Mandy! :) Xx

I feel awful today. No cramps but feeling very sick and dizzy! I'm absolutely exhausted but maybe that's from being up at 5am two days in a row. Cant get appointment at doctors today either.
