So I normally post in the miscarriage board as sadly I lost a baby earlier this year.
Just curious about chances of conception though.
Post MC I have a 28 day cycle (bang on month after month). Prior to the miscarriage I had a 32 day cycle and with the baby I miscarried me and hubby dtd only once on day 18 and I got a clearblue digital BFP on day 30, so 2 days early, and only 12 days after DTD. Had got a faint BFP on day 29 with an asda test too. But so faint hence the reason for doing the digital.
My last period was on 30th November, lasted 4 days as normal and dtd on 12th December, so day 13. According to my fertility app I should have ovulated in day 15. I've been doing OPK tests and though they've never been positive I only had 2 lines on them on day 15 and 16 along with ewcm on those two days too. No ewcm or 2 lines since them days. So OPK have been negative with only one line on day 12, 13, 14. Then on days 15 and 16 they have had 2 lines but packet days as test line is fainter than control line they are still negative. Then today on day 17 back to negative with one line.
Obviously I know you don't have much chance of a BFP after only one act of intercourse but given my past history (miscarried baby and DS who is 5 on both occasions I got PG the from the one and only time I DTD them months), do you think I stand much chance of getting a BFP?
And should I leave it to day 28 to POAS or do it 2 - 3 days early like my previous 2 pregnancies?
