Positive OPK... So what does that actually mean!

Hi ladies

Randomly decided to OPK yesterday afternoon which showed positive (CD19 - I wasn't able to test regularly at all this month due to holidays etc). Tested again this PM which was negative. What does this actually mean in terms of when I would ovulate/best times to DTD.

The OPk measures the LH surge and you would ovulate in the 12 hours after the surge. The best time to DTD is the day before and the day of ovulation so sperm are in there ready to meet egg. Egg can survive for 24 hrs unfertilised so today is still a possibility. Enjoy Wink
