I'm 11dpo and yesterday and today I've been having mild cramps all day long and a tiny bit of pink spotting. My cycles are usually long, about 31/32 days, so of course I'm thinking implantation.

But I also thought that last month, and the month before that...

Anyone care to smack some sense into me? My 'real life' friends tell me to 'just relax'...[fhmmm]

Hi I'm 11 dpo today too and have a tiny bit brown discharge also, have massive tender boobs. Cycles have been 27,33,29 with last cycle 3 days of brown spotting which I never had before af arrived. I'm only cd 23 which makes me think this is pretty early for af.

I am like you and driving myself mad as we speak. I promised myself last time I wouldn't put myself through all that stress again just for af to turn up! However here i am again speculating and symptom spotting! God I hate this feeling! Why is it so hard

If you are needing a slap then I need a good one too! Lol! It's so annoying when people tell you to relax though isn't it?

My spotting is not unusual; I tend to get it one week before AF is due. My herbalist seems to think it's related to low progesterone levels, but I haven't got properly tested yet.

Yes me too, I'm on day 17 (cycle usually between 25-28 days) and I've been having quite a lot of EWCM (sorry for the detail!) both yesterday and today but according to the OPK I'm not ovulating so am now thinking ooooo could this be something? Please slap me, it's probably just AF on its way isn't it....

EWCM around then is due to a secondary estrogen surge, I think. I get it too : ) it doesn't mean anything, but it does mean you haven't somehow magically missed ovulation : )

Excellent let's slap each other until we are sane again! I just keep sounding off at dh. Which isn't good since he works away and I won't see him for another week. Always feel bad and don't want him worrying about me!

cakebaker i'm ov+8 today and it's all i can think about. i don't think i'm pregnant this month, but i'm still hooked on checking my temperature and feeling my boobs!
