Hi everyone. I had my mirena removed on 6th Dec during my period which started on the 3rd. Normally they last around 4-5 days. However, this one has lasted around a week and I am assuming that this is because I have the mirena removed. My question is...will I still ovulate the same time as usual? Was the longer bleeding because of the removal? I have three sons and I always worked out when I was ovulating and made sure I 'did the deed' on those days! Hence having three boys I reckon. But I would love to try to conceive a little girl and to have sex a few days before ovulation (although another boy would be equally as amazing!!). Shall I start trying now? Sorry if this doesn't make much sense. Thanks for your help :)
