Temping help

Hi all. First month temping. Everything going fine. Temps looking good. Opk showed ov. Ewcm showed ov. Boobs starting hurting. Temp dip showed ov. Temps started to rise now this morning back to basal temp. Cm dry now also
Any ideas ?

Hi Mandy. The thing about temping is it is all about the pattern of temperatures not one temperature at a time. That is why on fertility friend you need three days of consecutive rises to confirm ovulation. Some people experience a dip just before ovulation and the temperature rises afterwards but many do not. I would also say that it takes a few months of temping (& observing other signs) before you get a clear picture. Are you using fertility friend to record your stats? They do good, tutorials on how to interpret your stat too.
