I came off the depo in july, and haven't had a period since, we have been having unprotected sex, and I do a test every month just on the off chance that some how I caught before a period, however each test has been negative. I've not been particularly stressy about it, as I still haven't had a period and I know it can take months for depo to wear off. Just wondered if there was any way I could regain fertility or even any signs that I'm ovulating that I am unaware of.

Hi I'm in the same boat my depo ran out in July and still waiting for af have done a couple of tests just in case. I've started taking agnus castus to try and kick start af started it 2 weeks ago nothing yet but it can take a few months to take effect. If you do a search on it theres more info on it.

Yep just researched it, it says it helps with pms, but I'm not getting any pms?

I'm in the same boat as you with regards to your attitude about ttc but I've been a bit luckier with getting periods back. I was supposed to have my last depo in August but switched to the pill for three weeks, since then I have had three af's starting in October and have definitely been ovulating. My first two periods were really short cycles so I've taken b6 to lengthen them. I don't know if the pill helped me at all, but I took pregnacare conception vitamins as well.

I ordered some agnus castus, they smell vile, and I'm feeling a bit delicate this morning after picking a bug up from school, so ill take them when I can smell them without wretching.
