Is once enough?

Quick question ladies, DTD late last night, got a very positive opk at 6am this morning then a much fainter one at 11.30 this morning. OH is away now until Saturday night. Do you think that once was enough for us to get caught this month? Was hoping I'd have ov'd a few day ago, but no such luck!

No expert but yes I think so. I dtd a few days before ovulating and conceived. I don't think it's as precise as they make out. I hope it works for you.

Yes, you can get pregnant by only doing it once around the time of ovulation. Obviously the more times you have sex in the lead up to Ovulation, 'the better' the chances are, but to be honest the more I TTC the more I think it's in the laps if the gods. Good luck.

worked for us we dtd once that month, 12hrs after a positive ovulation test and the result is sleeping upstairs, fingers crossed for you.

I got pregnant from having DTD once 2 days before ovulation.

Thanks for the replies ladies, fingers crossed it was enough! We've both been ill at different times throughout this cycle, so thought this month would be a write off, especially with OH away now..... Watch this space!

Yes I think both my dc were cd12 conceptions with cd14 ov day. Fingers crossed!
