Help. How many dpo am 1?

Hi everyone. I am so confused and probably wouldn't be if I charted my temps. On cd 18 I got a positive opk, line as dark as control line. cd 19 I got another positive opk with the test line much darker than the control line. third day test and control line almost the same. When did I get my true positive? On my last cycle I ovd, according to ff, on cd 19 and I got my period on cd 33 which is spot on. Always had a 32 day cycle. Do I take first positive as true positive or the really dark line as true positive. FF have me at 5 dpo bot I think I could be 7 dpo which might explain the sharp shooting pains I had yesterday.

Any help or advice gratefully accepted.

I would go with the darkest opk reading personally, somebody with more knowledge may come along soon.

Without temps you can only guess that the middle point between the two darkest results was your peak LH. You would then have Od 12 to 48 hours after then.
Remember that a positive OPK does not = O, it is the peak of LH which triggers O (so O will happen after the positive OPK by up to a couple of days)
