Implantation bleed

Apologies for this topic, suspect it's been done to death but please can someone who has a better understanding of dates advise me as I am driving myself mental? Regular 28 day cycle. Ovulated between 19th and 22nd this month (see, I'm useless!). AF due 6th. Today I have a dragging feeling down below and dark brown spotting. Am I grasping at straws this could be an implantation bleed? I can't believe I have just been looking at google images of other women's vaginal discharge, what have I become?

Hi feckinnc I know the feeling, I had this a couple of weeks ago. Been ttc for about a year and have had normal-ish bleeds for months, then last month I had a brown discharge spotting for 3 days. I drove myself mad on google reading all about implantation bleeding. Actually stressed myself out completely.

Kept getting bfn's but felt funny and could swear I had pregnancy symptoms. Then I got my af. It is so horrible and frustrating but it's just a waiting game because I don't think there is a right or wrong answer. Seems everyone is different as I read that others with similar lead to BFP.

I know this doesn't help you at all and I'm sorry. I also looked at images of IB, that's what ttc has done to me.
