Confusion over spotting????can anyone help please!!??

Well not sure what to make of this really...woke up really early this morning for a wee and there was some slightly pinkish/brownish stuff when i wiped.....dh and i made love this morning(and that tends to get things going if AF is looming),but it didn't bring anything on and only have this stuff 'sometimes' when i wipe??(have been to loo like 10 times this morning??)..Af is due today,but usually have alittle something the day before then full flow on the day its due,but had nothing yesterday and then this on and off this morning so far?...has anyone else experienced this before?..
I'm going to test tomorrow(thought i'd see how rest of day goes),plus for my own sanity!!
Any ideas???.x.x

Sorry should add this too!Have been ttc,this is first month,(last Af:17th june)...today should be CD1(have a regular 28day cycle)of new cycle,Ov'ed on 1st july,bd'ed week before,all over that weekend and after.x.x

when i was ttc and had the same kind of thing as you've had this morning it was indicating that af was on her way. i didn't have this every month, and so when i did get it i got myself all unnecessary thinking it meant something else, when it actually never did!

other posters may tell you about spotting and implantation bleeds leading onto pregnancies but i can't honestly help you with that - it was always a sign of af. Good luck, though whatever happens.

try not to stress too much, i know for a fact that won't help. give it another day or so and then do a test and try not to raise your hopes too much. (sound like voice of doom don't i but i think it's enough of a rollercoaster ttc anyway without adding unnecessary stress and drama to the proceedings!) all the best x

wannabump, it could be af or it could be an implantation bleed... I agree with moomin that relaxation is the best way. It is very hard to be cool when you are ttc but it doesn't help your cycle or your mental health to get stressed. I am sure I have delayed AF by several weeks by worrying and CONVINCING myself I was pg, only to be disappointed.

This isn't meant to depress you, just to calm you down a little. I had implantaion bleed with DD and it was like a light period, sort of brown and thick. I have also had bleeding at ovulation and other light bleeding pre AF. I will keep my fingers crossed for you BFP tomorrow. Good luck. X

Well ladies,am surprisingly calm but.....got my BFP this morning!!!!!!!....can not believe it,but it seems that DH knows my body better than i do!,and the dischargy stuff i had is completely normal apparently(and dh swore i have had it b4 when preg).x
I know i haven't been here long,but i really do wish everyone lots of luck for either the rest of this month or for august!!!(i truely mean that),i know that for many of you it is a long and frustrating road to getting pregnant,but i know that you will all get there in the end......
I hoping that this will be a healthy and successful pregnancy and that i wil finally get to have the baby i've longed for after my loses.x

got mine last week, very early bfp for me...
I'm due the 23/3 but as I know I ovulate late I think I'm prob a few days after that maybe...
I'm paranoid too but am relaxing now that af day has been and gone. Am really tired but aside from that and giving up booze nothing!

I've been absolutly knackered!!and when coming in from work just can't keep my eyes open and have often had a nap!!even then haven't lasted past 9pm!!!...had little moments of feeling alittle quiesy,and boobs were alittle sensitive earlier in the week!,plus had this dischargy stuff which came on yesterday(Af due date)and was on and off...then has stopped??but as i said dh reckons i had that before so trying not to worry too much!!....
It is scary though isn't it!!??Especially for me as last time i was preg was only 2 months after i had a stillborn and that preg ended in a missed miscarriage(stopped growing at 5 weeks)...so i'm totally trying not to freak out and praying that this little one is a fighter and keeps growing strong!!!...I think i git pregnant too close to my first loss and my body hadn't quite healed(docs also think this may be why i miscarried)....so onwards and upwards to this new beginning!!!!Will come over to the antinatal thread tomorrow,am going to cosy up now for the night infront of the tv!!.x.x.
