Can anyone advise me on the best supplements to take - have seen boots, seven seas and pregnacare and wondering if they all do the same job essentially?! Thanks in advance!!

From what I've read pregnacare can mess up your cycle quite a bit. Hth :)

Oh no. Tell me where you read that about pregnacare?

I believe they're much of a muchness. Provided you have a healthy diet all you really need when TTC is folic acid, and even then you could just start taking that once you found out you were pregnant. However i took pregnacare conception when TTC and am taking the pregnacare pregnancy supplement now (23 weeks). Personally I didn't find they changed my cycle at all, and I hadn't heard that they would/could (I'd actually
be amazed if they did affect cycles based on the ingredients and the fact they are a leading TTC brand)

I have bought the 7 seas ones today mainly because it was a smaller box. I was surprised to see the pills come in a blister pack that looks like contraceptive pills with days of the week on. Could be quite useful if you can be a bit rubbish at taking pills.
