...to have my IUD removed. It's with a doctor I don't really like, unfortunately, but she's the specialist, so there we are.
I'm excited! We've been talking about it for ages but now we're actually getting the ball rolling. I was advised to take precautions coming up to the removal to lessen the risk of ectopic pregnancy, and to give my body one cycle to get back to normal. But in 2014 it's all systems go!
Others who have had one removed - does it hurt? When I had it put in 7 years ago I was in agony for two days!
