morning sickness...

any tips on what to take while ttc to help avoid bad morning sickness. Am dead scared as both my sisters ended up in hospital with it.

While I have no tips on what to take (had this same issue myself), I have recently heard Peppermint (100% Natural) does wonders to help against morning sickness!

Everyone says Ginger. I used to boil it up fresh and drink it as tea. I found that empty tummy made sickness awful, so I just drank loads and loads of herbal tea and nibbled ginger biscuits. I went off tea and coffee in the first 3 months completely. I noticed in super drug the other day that there are sickness remedies now. It was in the pregnancy / conception bit on the bottom shelf. Having said all this, I just think there is no cure and if it's bad enough to be hospitalised, I think it will be difficult for you to avoid…
