Tender nipples...

So along with aching in my stomach area and lower back pain over the past few days today my nipples seem even more tender today than they were the past couple of days! Is this a period thing? Could it be and ovulating or pregnancy thing? Also been feeling quite light headed and a bit queasy!

Waiting for my first period after being on the pill for 10 years. We are TTC so fingers crossed it won't turn up for the right reasons but I don't remember feeling like this before I went on the pill!!

I get these symptoms between ovulation and period so it could be a sign of ovulation.

Or the hormone madness that happens when you come off the pill.

Yeh, I feel like a crazy lady with my hormones haha!!

I came off my pill a few weeks ago and have the same soreness! It started around the time I think (and hope) I ovulated and eased off about 5 DPO. I'm sure I didn't have this before the pill but prior to that I was on the injection. So I haven't been in a normal cycle for about 7/8 years. I guess I could have forgotten what it was like? And I probably wasn't paying muc attention back then either!

I experienced mad crazy nip soreness around the time I believe I ov'd after coming off the pill (15yrs on it). Almost too sensitive to wash, sorry, tmi! But it calmed down after a few days. Then this cycle, it happened again as expected around of time last week.

But let's face it, coming off the crazy pills is bound to mess us around, so sore boobs could be a sign of any part of a cycle...

Incidentally, sickness defo happened to me after coming off the pill in Sept, it's a hormone settling thing too.

Everything else has calmed down but the nipples are still sore! Just waiting for AF to appear! Or not lol!!

regina do you think you ovulated after stopping your pill then?

According to the ovulation tests then yes, was very surprised but done a couple over the space of 48 hours and the line was faint then dark and the faint again, then back to no line! Tbh I had just been doing them randomly and was surprised to get a line at all!!

With all the "symptoms" I had too it would make sense!

That's quite reassuring :) we are going with a relaxed approach to begin with so now testing for me with regards to of but I think I did going by symptoms. Fingers crossed anyway!!!

Yeh, it's difficult as my OH works offshore so I was really trying to see if it did show and if he was here when I was ovulating. He left on Monday so it was quite tight! Hopefully he is home the next time it happens!

Oh that just be hard if he's away at the wrong time. My OH works away too, but not too often. I'm hoping it won't be poorly timed! I'm not in a regular cycle yet so I guess I won't know.

Yeh will make it difficult if he is away when I ovulate lol!! Suppose if my cycle regulates quick enough we'll know and can deal with that as it is!
